Te Arawhiti Māori Crown Relations Capability Framework for the Public Service

The Individual Capability Component (ICC) is intended to help agencies identify and describe the Māori Crown relations skills they require, develop job descriptions and undertake performance development. It is also intended to help agencies structure approaches to training and capability building. Where agencies already have capability frameworks in place, this ICC can be incorporated into those frameworks.

This identifies practical things people in the public sector can do to grow their cultural competency.
