Kirikiriroa Family Services Trust invites you to attend the official opening of our new whare, Kāinga Rua. Kāinga Rua has been named after the whakataukī,
ka mate kāinga tahi, ka ora kāinga rua,
when one door closes another will open.
Kāinga Rua is a whānau centred service that focuses on providing the support and tools for tamariki and their whānau to realise and unleash their potential. The service walks alongside tamariki and their whānau who are rawakore (experiencing extreme poverty) and kāinga kore (homeless) and who are confronted with challenges that significantly impact their health, social, education and economic outcomes and in particular housing.
The details of our opening are as follows:
Date: Wednesday 8th April
Place: 79 Norton Rd, Frankton, Hamilton
